We were interested in renting and maybe purchasing a house where he was listed as the agent. He was slow about answering. We ended up leaving multiple message. When he did answer it was in text only and the reply was short. We even went to his business website and filled out the applications and sent in the required info. We still have yet to hear from him and that was 4 months ago. I would never recommend or try to use him again!

Wow, I could go on and on about Mike. Mike helped me purchased my first home. I did a bit or research before starting the home buying process, but all the reseach in the world is no substitute for knowing what you are doing. Mike stayed patient and was more than willing to answer even the most routine questions. At one point I was fact checking a document I was reading about purchasing your first home. Looking back I am sure he has heard those questions time and time again. However, they were new to me and not one time did I feel like Mike thought I was wasting time. Mike did not try to tell me what I wanted, but listened to me when I told him what I was looking for. I never had a problem reaching my agent. I never felt lost.
Mike is well connected. If you need something Mike will know a professional that can get it done. I worked with a loan officer he recommended. She was just as professional as Mike, and hand held me through the process of getting a mortgage. Right after I closed on my home I had a new HVAC system installed from someone Mike recommended. Again, SUPER professional. I have had people come over and they marvel at how efficient and well designed my system is. Pressing my luck I went to the movies and told them I was a friend of Mike Maldonado. I did not get a discount or VIP treatment and had a good chuckle. So knowing Mike does not work at the theater, but it pays off in spades to work with him in the real estate arena.
So many people make claim of being the best or being one of the best that the terms have kind of lost a bit of meaning. With that said I cannot say Mike is the best agent in the area, but from the bottom of my heart I can say I cannot imagine anyone doing anything better than what he has done and continues to do for me. Working with Mike and the professionals he works with is a no brainer.

We purchased a short-sale, so the huge amount of experience that they have with selling and buying short-sales came in handy as they helped us understand and keep us patient throughout the process. Because of Mike and his team, we knew almost exactly what to expect from the sellers and the sellers bank and about how long things should take. We were able to find a great home and at a great price and are loving the home. It was truly a pleasure. If we ever find the need for a realtor again, we will definitely be using Mike.

Mike and his team (Debbie) were AMAZING! When we first put a bid on our house another bid was put down as well. Mike put a contract together saying that this is the price we are countering with but if the counter offer is higher we are willing to go up to this capped amount as long as you can show us the other offer is higher. It was a great idea and we were able to get the house of our dreams. We also had a short time period to close (less than 30 days) and Debbie was on the ball making sure everything was moving smoothly. 6 days before we were scheduled to close we had a hiccup with the appraisal and Debbie and Mike worked with the appraiser, sellers, and mortgage company to get everything straightened out in time for us to close on the original date. Mike and Debbie were available night and day, weekdays and weekends. They made a stressful and exciting situation run smoothly.
