Bought a home in 2012.
We just closed on our home a couple days ago with Mike Parker. He is the nicest guy you could ever meet. He was very patient with us while we searched for our home. He was always available at a moments notice to show us any property we were interested in. I always felt he had our best interest in mind and that I could trust his advice. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Cordova, TN.
Mike Parker has got to be the nicest, most professional, mild mannered and patient agent I have ever dealt with. I had two prior agents and I was not pleased with either of them because I felt like I was a bother to them. Mike was patient with me, and believe me, he needed it. I am very picky when it comes to an investment such as this but he saw me through every step of the process and "held my hand" and encouraged me when I thought it was not possible for me to find a home within my price range. He wouldn't let me give up and he knew exactly what I wanted. When it all started, he was there, and when it was all said and done, he was there. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in East Memphis-Colonial-Yorkshire, Memphis, TN.
As a first time home buyer, I could not be more happy with the service Mike provided and the home I found. I did not have much knowledge as to what all went into buying a home, but Mike walked me through the process ensuring I knew what was going on each step of the way. He was also very quick to answer any question I had, always answering his phone and even responding to every email within 5-10 mins. Mike was very patient with me. We looked at several different houses, and he never pressured me to move to fast. On the contrary, he made sure I did not settle for a house that did not have everything I was looking for in a home.
