Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Union, KY.
Mike was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he get us a great deal but he narrowed the choices down to the specifics we were looking for while giving us plenty of options to still look at. He knew the area like the back of his hand and this was very helpful during the process. He was very responsive and was always there to help us in every decision that was made along the way. This was the first home I had ever purchased and he guided us through the process of negotiating and all the intricate details that we weren't as knowledgeable about. He brought the complexities of the home buying process to a basic level for us when it needed to be, but also has a vast knowledge of the industry for those whom this isn't their first time. Sold a home in 2011.
Mike helped us sell our first home, and also purchase our new residence. Throughout both Mike has been nothing short of outstanding. He was able to recommend properties he knew we'd like in addition to the homes we were interested in viewing. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help us as clients far exceeded any expectations I had.
