Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Berthoud, CO.
It's absolutely people like Mike Patrick who make the home buying/selling process a breeze and not as daunting as it seems. Mike is always quick to respond with a friendly answer to whatever question I could possibly come up with. He had someone stage the house which looked fantastic, set up several open houses, and definitely generated a lot of traffic to the house. I can't recommend Mike enough if you're looking for someone to help buy/sell your house.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2013.
I was very pleased with my experience in working with Mike Patrick. Mike was great in keeping us informed of the interest there was on the house. He also had someone come in and clean and stage the house so that it looked great! There were open houses held that brought in some great traffic. Mike was professional in all aspects and really worked hard to try and sell our house. I would definitely recommend him as a local agent that works well with his clients and really advocates for them!
