My introduction to real estate is when I bought my 1st home in 1981 and was completely uninformed by the agent I used which frustrated me.

I entered the business in 1988 when nearly all agents, including the agent with a buyer, all represented the seller of the property. We focused on representing the Buyers best interests, being their advocate and negotiating the best terms that we could for each Buyer.

I work with my wife Angela and two additional team members - Ted & Katie. We all have schedules to make sure our clients are taken care of and then allows us off time with our families.

Most of our clients have used us multiple times and/or refer their friends and family to us. Since 1999 at least 85% of our business has come from clients coming back and or referrals from them.

I, as the leader of the team, have been recognized by Minneapolis/StPaul Magazine "Super Real Estate Agent" issues in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011.

We have attained a Customer Satisfaction Rating of 97.6% by 3rd party national survey company www.qualityservice.org
