Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Fairfield, OH.
Mike was very patient in showing us many houses before we found the one we love. He always remained available to help us with our Real Estate needs. Even when he had to go out of town he arranged for a coworker to show us properties in his absence so we wouldn't have to delay a possible contract offer. He is very personable and professional. He has continued to help us with referrals for different services that we have needed too. We highly recommend Mike. We felt very confident in his services and personalized attention!

Sold a home in 2012.
Mike is an excellent seller's agent. He understands the market and was very helpful in preparing our home for sale. We were out-of-town sellers, and he went above and beyond the typical responsibilities of an agent by helping us coordinate contractors and some of the other work that needed to be completed for our home.
He was also very adept during negotiations with our eventual buyer and we feel confident that we completed the sale with the best possible outcome, especially considering the current state of the real estate market.

Bought a home in 2012.
Mike was great throughout the entire process. Very reachable and very responsive to our needs. As first time home buyers, he went out of his way to make sure we understood each part of the process. We would recommend Mike to any of our friends, relatives, or co-workers who are buying or selling anywhere in the greater Cincinnati area.

Mike helped us selling and building, he did an excellent job. We are very happy that we used him, we was very respectful of us trying to sell our house in this market and we started out wehere we were comfortable. We would highly recommend Mike.

Mike is a wonderful realtor! He was always available to answer our questions and was immediately responsive when we needed him. His knowledge of our local area and the available real estate was outstanding. Mike was willing to go the extra mile in order to sell our condo and his advice was dead on. Without his help we never would have sold our condo and been able to build our new home. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful realtor and great results!

Mike always went above and beyond to help us in selling and buying our homes. He shared his opinion but always respected the decisions my husband and I made even if they differed. Mike was extremely patient with us and was willing to show us many homes. We had such a positive experience working with Mike. We will definitely use him again in the future if/when we decide to move.
