This is not your typical real estate duo! I have never seen such professionalism and honesty when dealing with Realtors in the past. I dealt mostly with Mike, but my interactions with Andrew were very positive also. From day 1, Mike came into my home and told me exactly what to expect from the selling side of things. I have to admit, at first, some of the expectations he laid out, I thought were a little unbelievable. But he was right on with all of his predictions as far as length of time on the market, offers to expect and eventual selling price. I, (just like everyone else) thought my home was worth way more than it actually was. I had a house that only appealed to a small percentage of the population due to the very open plan and no indoor connection from the main floor to the basement where the laundry was. Mike was very realistic and respectful when helping me set a selling price. He never made me feel like an idiot about it. He has a masterful way of "guiding" you, instead of telling you what to do. And he has very detailed knowledge about market trends and what other people are successfully doing, rather than wasting your time re-inventing the wheel, he lets you know what has worked in the past and what will probably work for your situation. He added a very personal touch with his "special feature cards" that he placed around the house describing special assets that the house has. I found myself reading them every day while we were living there waiting to sell. Some days I was so inspired by the special features he pointed out about my house that I almost didn't want to sell!
Listen, bottom line is, these guys are the real deal! Mike and Andrew will make your house selling and buying experience very easy and realistic. If you want a no-nonsense approach and honest results, I HIGHLY recommend Mike and Andrew. And their transaction manager Karen was also very awesome and helpful with e-mails and phone calls along the way explaining each step of the process. What an amazing team. It's nice to finally see this level of honesty and respect when dealing with sales people, just like the way it used to be when you did business over a simple hand shake.
