Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $500K in Sunland, Sunland, CA.
We are very thankful for Mills Realty. Simon offers exactly what we were looking for when selling our home. This is the 2nd home we have sold through him. We had used another "flat fee realtor" years ago, who gladly took our fee and did the listing, but then left us completely on our own. Not so with Mills Realty. His marketing is great, and when the offers came rolling in, he carefully walked us through the process, answering all of our questions, and explaining all aspects of what we needed to know. And THEN....(frosting on the cake), when we bought our new home through him...it's pretty exiting that he splits his commission with you! You get the same great service as a buyer! Sold a home in 2007.
In 2007, I hired Simon to help me sell a condo I owned in Tarzana. At this time, the local market was dropping in value literally month after month so selling fast was very important. Simon is, hands down, the best agent I've ever worked with.
