Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Monroe, NC.
Mimi is exceptionable. She listed our home as it should have been listed. In seven weeks we received our full-price offer. She knew the market in the area and did not miss a beat. All went well, she representeted us through all negotiations,and we closed without any problems. She was right on target. If you desire a knowledgable, professional, go-getter realtor...Mimi is the person. If you select someone else...shame on you.

Mimi is a hustler for the people who want to sell their property!! She is truly a great sales person! Mimi and I met when she showed my home to a potential buyer, but I was listed with an agent who had thrown my property into the MLS and was ignoring me. I was impressed with Mimi’s enthusiasm and attention to detail and wanted her to sell my home, so I switched as quickly as I could. She was always there for me even though we are miles from town. Many times she went out of her way to deliver paperwork at our workplace or stop by the house to make sure it was locked up and the brochures never ran out. She focused on the best qualities of the land and home and found us multiple offers in a short amount of time. Many happy sales to Mimi; she is a gracious sales person who gets the job done! I highly recommend her! Thanks again.
