Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Herriman, UT.
Words cannot come close to express how impressed with and incredibly grateful I am to Miriam. She never ceases to amaze me with all her knowledge and one on one attention she always gave us. She helped us to sell our first home which was very emotional but she always seemed to calm our emotions. She fought really hard to get us a great price for our home. Then...as if she already didn't work like crazy selling our home she sold us our next wonderful, beautiful home. She made sure to always promptly return our phone calls, texts, and emails and spent a considerable amount of time educating us as well as hunting down and showing us what felt like an endless amount of homes ( at our picky request of course). Even though we had a lot of expectations for our new home Miriam was always considerate, patient, and knowledgable. We NEVER felt pressured in any way and ALWAYS felt that she was there with us for the long haul. I would strongly recommend her to my most loved friends and family as well as anyone! Bought a home in 2012.
She took us through so many houses. We applied for a lot of short sales which she put together. And she didn't give up. She was always friendly. I always felt like she was on our side.

We then sold our home through Miriam. Miriam went out and FOUND an investor to buy our home within days of listing it. She then had us wait on that offer to see if we could do better. We had a full price offer within one week. That offer fell through and we had another full price offer shortly after. This was after listing our home above comparable prices for the area.
Finally, we had a vacant lot we wanted to sell by owner. We found a buyer and then emailed Miriam, who was happy to provide all the necessary forms for the transaction without asking for anything in return.
Over the course of three separate experiences, Miriam has been a dream to work with and has done so with such a consistently upbeat, positive and kind attitude throughout. Not only were we extremely pleased by all that Miriam has done for us, we just cannot say enough about how great she was to work with. Emails, texts and phone calls were answered almost always within minutes.
It would be impossible to find someone who consistently works this hard for their clients. We recommend Miriam to everyone we know.…More Less
