Miriam can not be trusted as a listing agent. We used her to list our house under the impression that she already had someone interested in buying it (her daughter). She did conduct a few open houses but she did not conduct the Real Estate Agent lunch that she said she was going to conduct.

Two days after she showed the house to someone (who she claimed was serious about wanting to put in an offer) we were looking on Zillow and noticed that Miriam had been reducing the listing price on our house without asking us or even informing us. When she was confronted about it, she said that she thought it was okay since we had agreed to lowering it one time. She had asked us a second time if it was okay and we said no. She went ahead and lowered it anyway without our knowledge.

Two weeks later she contacted us about a potential buyer that wanted to put in an offer on the house. She brought the couple over the house and showed them the house and then they left. She pulled out a contract with an offer from that buyer and discussed it with us. We gave her our counter offer and began looking for a new home to purchase since we were waiting on the sell of our home.

We found a home that we wanted to purchase about three days later and contacted Miriam and told her that we would accept the original offer. We came to find out that the offer was never signed and that the buyer was "NOT" interested in buying our house.

During all of the deception and poor expertise, we went for 3 weeks without flyers outside of the house. After numerous promises to get flyers to us she finally had someone deliver flyers that were poorly printed where you couldn't see the pictures or read the description. Some of the flyers were missing the address of the house and the price of the house while others had that information "hand-written" in.

I without a doubt recommend that you do not use Miriam as a listing agent if you are trying to sell a home.

Bought a home in 2012 in Northwest, El Paso, TX 79912.

Miriam Is the nicest person I have ever met she helped me buy my new home and though we had bumps in the road with house issues she was patient and helped me solve them all. I completely recommend.
