I have over 32 years of full time experience in San Diego's Metro marketplace. I am the owner and broker of Scott & Quinn Real Estate, a unique boutique firm that offers everything from finance, sales, and property management. Jim and his team understand Mission Hills exhaustively!! He not only knows the listing details, but knows the "back story" on the properties he lists and shows. When he handled the sale of our house, Jim worked strategically and tactically: he started with basics, helping us to understand current market supply and demand and what to expect, and to decide if "now was really the time". He worked closely with us to develop a strategy for pricing to generate serious, competitive offers. He arranged up-front cleaning and landscape additions, extensive photography, caravan and open house to create "buzz". He spent more effort before our home was even entered into MLS than anyone I've worked with before. The up-front planning and work paid off, with multiple offers at asking price or above in the first week on the market! We can recommend Jim, hands down, as the best we've worked with!!

Sold a home in 2014.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $450K in University Heights, San Diego, CA.

Jim knows his stuff! He understood what I wanted, always had alternative ideas. Willing to show houses almost anytime.
