Sold a home in 2014.

Shawn and Lisa were a great team. Shawn responds immediately to questions at any time, day or night. The house I sold with them appraised for much less than what we were asking, they did not rush me into any type of decision and told me everything I could do, despite losing money from asking price. I will work with over and over again and would recommend to anyone. Fun, professional and immediate responses, even if the question seems to where a common sense answer would be appropriate. I enjoyed the experience of working with Mister Rogers group.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in San Tan Valley, AZ.

Finding the perfect house was a wonderful quest with the professional, but fun expertise of Shawn and Jennifer Rogers. Coming from out of state to house hunt was a bit daunting for us, but Jennifer gave us her undivided attention each time we were in town. We felt as though we were her only clients, but knew better, because she made us her priority. She was patient with us as we changed our minds several times on where to look, and what type of house we were looking for. In the end, when that perfect house was found, she was with us right to the very end, guiding us with her advice every step of the way. And she was sincerely happy for us when we found "the" house. I would highly recommend Shawn and Jennifer Rogers to anyone looking for a house in the Phoenix area.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Goodyear, AZ.

our home sold in less than 6 hours, probably under appraised? Lack of communication from our realor Benjiman was disappointing, asked for documents we sent 2 weeks earlier made us feel unconfident in Shawn Rogers Reality. And Bengiman. After having to follow up to see if he got misplaced signed documents, not hearing from Bengiman , his reply was yay got em, thanks, no explanation? have owned and sold 6 properties and this was a smooth transaction but most disappointing in reality service.
