Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $375K in Greenfield Lakes, Gilbert, AZ.

Shawn and Jennifer sold our house in 9 days! Their extensive marketing approach generated numerous tours and 2 offers in that short time frame. They are the best at getting information and professional photographs out to the marketplace to generate a buzz. Their efficiency in selling our home created a problem of "where do we go now". They clearly understood what we were looking for and did not waste our time trying to sell us on something we did not want. Sold a home in 2014.

Shawn and Lisa were a great team. Shawn responds immediately to questions at any time, day or night. The house I sold with them appraised for much less than what we were asking, they did not rush me into any type of decision and told me everything I could do, despite losing money from asking price. I will work with over and over again and would recommend to anyone. Fun, professional and immediate responses, even if the question seems to where a common sense answer would be appropriate.
