how do i list a house for sale

Hotroddog-The tab "Home" just right of Zillow (top of page). Click there, then scroll down to "Post a Home For Free". If you are using an agent, they will do most of it for you. Rent with option to buy

I'd probably see where you are in reference to obtaining a loan to purchase. Speak with a lender or two and formulate a game plan. Renting with options, not out of the realm, but try to explore other ways to buy.I hope that helps.-Shawn

Hwebster1-Good Afternoon.Great question, the best advice I can offer is speak to a financial adviser, as it's all about where you can get the best, safest, fastest, etc. ROI. Using OPM, based on rates, many times is the way to go. Having your home paid off is nice, but you may be able to do/make more with the monies you don't use. how much does it cost to lists a house for rent

Kicklawrence-Good Evening.On Zillow and many like real estate sites, there is no charge, some have options to "boost" or pay to advertise your listing, which may get your property more visibility . If you hire a REALTOR, they usually have a set fee, which is negotiable for their services. Where can I go or being to look into buying a home?

You many first want to talk to a local lender (like the bank you do business at), ask them to pre-qualify you, while at the same time or after you have been PQ'd. Use Zillow's "Find a Pro" feature to locate a couple of real estate agents in the area(s) you want to search for homes in.
