open house

Answer
I think you can only post open house status "for sale" listings. You may want to ask Zillows customer service department, they are awesome for that option to be added.Have a BEAUTIFUL day.-Shawn, AZ.

My agent only showing me her listings.

Answer
User4300239-If said agent is only showing  your her listings, the advise given here is solid. Just make sure that is the case, as she may be printing out copies of the listings with her contact data on them, yet, they may not all be her listings.  I hope that helps.Have a BEAUTIFUL day.-Shawn, AZ.

Accurate Rental Rates in Manhattan

Answer
SunnyDay123,Good Evening. You may want to ask a professional REALTOR in your area, start by going to the top task bar, here on Zillow and entering in the zip code or township, ask said agent to run a CMA for you, make sure you have facts/figures on your property, so they can properly give you a price range.I hope that helps.-Shawn

Selling Agent Rates?

Answer
Rates (commissions) are negotiable, like many sections in a real estate transaction. I would also focus on making sure said agent(s) know your product and market, as many times a solid agent will net you more than the "rate", sometimes, not, but the goal is less stress, solid representation and profits, so focus on all three. I hope that helps.-Shawn

I am looking into moving into AZ

Answer
Edcothey-Good Evening. You're first step may be to put together a basic game plan, time frame, general housing needs, finances, etc. There are many areas and home which sound like they would work. As we (REALTORS) are asked not to self promote, you can go to "Find a Pro" , search for agents in said areas, then contact them. Most of us would be happy to assist you.Best of everything.-Shawn
