Candela,Good Afternoon. You can list said property here as a FSBO, just click on "Homes" (just after Zillow logo) and then scroll down to for sale by owner. I hope that helps.Have a BEAUTIFUL day.-Shawn, REALTOR, AZ.
Hwebster1-Good Afternoon.Great question, the best advice I can offer is speak to a financial adviser, as it's all about where you can get the best, safest, fastest, etc. ROI. Using OPM, based on rates, many times is the way to go. Having your home paid off is nice, but you may be able to do/make more with the monies you don't use. I hope that helps.Have a BEAUTIFUL day.-Shawn, REALTOR, AZ.
Kicklawrence-Good Evening. On Zillow and many like real estate sites, there is no charge, some have options to "boost" or pay to advertise your listing, which may get your property more visibility . If you hire a REALTOR, they usually have a set fee, which is negotiable for their services. Which may take a load off you, release stress, obtain you top dollar and save you money, if you wish not to handle this yourself. I hope that helps.Have a BEAUTIFUL night.-Shawn, REALTOR
Nayarose-Good Evening. If you have posted your listing here, on Zillow, you should be able to log into you account and edit said listing. If that doesn't work, try contacting the Zillow customer service team, they are VERY helpful. I hope that helps.Have a BEAUTIFUL night.-Shawn, REALTOR
Deborah-Good Evening. My humble advise: Contact a local agent, ask them to complete a CMA for you, they are (or should be) free and all you need is facts/data on said home. Said agent will be able to set a +/- value for that property. I hope that helps.Have a BEAUTIFUL night.-Shawn, REALTOR
You many first want to talk to a local lender (like the bank you do business at), ask them to pre-qualify you, while at the same time or after you have been PQ'd. Use Zillow's "Find a Pro" feature to locate a couple of real estate agents in the area(s) you want to search for homes in. They will be able to send you fitting properties, after you give them a few facts and figures. I hope that helps.Have a BEAUTIFUL night.-Shawn, REALTOR, AZ.
You might have to rotate said photos on your pc, then re-upload them, making sure the size allows them to stay in the same style/format/shape as needed. I hope that helps.Have a BEAUTIFUL night.-Shawn, REALTOR, AZ.
Yes, many agents, landlords and or property managers can take photo or a video of said property, as well as send you facts and figures. They may also have the ability to send you forms, that either need you to print sign, initial and date, then return and some can send you docu-sign, where as you just verify your information (name, initials, etc) and it scans to each needed filled. I hope that helps.Have a BEAUTIFUL night.-Shawn, REALTOR, AZ.
User5195988-Good Evening. You can check tax records, and your sub-division name should be there. Most counties have a free web-site to check said data. I hope that helps. Have a BEAUTIFUL night.-Shawn
zuser20140521203516169Good Evening-Do you have a Zillow account set up? That's one of your first steps, as your listing may be on Zillow, just not under your "name" as you're not here, yet. Many agents also pay for zip codes, townships, advertising, and to promote their listings, you can take to a Zillow representative about that, they are very helpfulHave a BEAUTIFUL night.-Shawn
