Shawn Rogers is very diligent is compiling comp. reports for properties in my area. He is prompt in all of his correspondence. He helped me assess the value of my home with the comp. report he provided within just two days of my request. I look forward to having him be my listing agent once I can sell my home. I would use Shawn to sell my home tomorrow if the valuations weren't so unfavorable to my current mortgage situation. Shawn excels by demonstrating his versatile knowledge that comes from more than 20 years in the industry. I can't wait to sell my house with his trusted marketing and selling services.

Sold a home in 2010.
Shawn is an amazing realtor!! He helped my family and I buy our first home, and it was the greatest experience. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, quick and easy to get a hold of, and always available to meet up and look at houses. After telling him what we wanted, he quickly prepared and e-mailed us a list of homes that fit our criteria. We reviewed what he sent over and he was spot on!! He helped us negotiate a sales price, was able to explain terms and give advice on the things we weren't sure on (being first time home buyers), and made it such a fast and simple transaction. We never felt pressured or pushed to find something... but he was always there when we had questions!!! I'd recommend him to ANYONE buying a house in the Phoenix area. He really knows his stuff!

Sold a home in 2010.
Shawn is the best real estate agent in the Queen Creek, Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler area. He is personable, he works extra hard to answer all your questions and he helps you from beginning to end. I would not recommend anyone else but Shawn Rogers from USA West to sell anyones home in Arizona.

Bought a home in 2011.
Shawn was always on time, professional and explained every step of my transaction to me. I have heard so many horror stories about buying/selling real estate, which was the main reason I put it off. I only wish I was referred to Shawn way back then.

Sold a home in 2010.
Shawn's knowledge of the local market made is easy for me to use his services. We had heard of several success stories with Shawn from friends and family, which to me is the best type of advertising.
The biggest asset Shawn offered was his level of thoroughness. I was amazed (and grew dependant on) how often he answered his phone! In the rare event that I had to leave him a message, he would call me back immediately. Shawn was always updating me and during such an emotional time, kept me informed and at ease. He did all of the legwork to list, show, and sell our home like no realtor I have ever seen. Our family has found our "Realtor For Life". Thank you Shawn!
