Bought a home in 2013.
Matt and his team have been a pleasure to work with, and we are super happy we found him. He helped us find our first home, and answered all our questions and concerns. After talking to a few brokers and not seeing eye to eye we were happy to find Matt. He listened to what we were looking for and made suggestion on what else we should look for and pay attention to . We couldn't be happier with the experience and we can't wait to recommend him to others and hopefully work with him in the future.

Matt was incredibly helpful with buying our first home. He was a pleasure to work with and made himself available to us whenever we wanted. He never pressured us into looking at/buying something we were not interested in. He was very quick to respond to the thousands of questions we had for him about the home buying process. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him again if we purchase another home in the future.

You won’t know what it means to work with a great real estate agent until you have worked with Matt. He is very knowledgeable, professional and always accessible. He knows the area that he works in really well and will provide relevant advice about the neighborhood, helpful services and the home purchase process in general. He will not waste your time and is very proactive about finding the right home for you. He makes you feel like you are his most important client. He is very good at what he does and is definitely one of the best agents in the northwest suburbs area.

I recommend Matt without hesitation. My wife and I have moved a few times over the past five years and Matt's professional approach and demeanor is unmatched in our experience. He is knowledgeable, quick to respond and he tells the truth. We had one weekend to find a house as we were moving to the area from out of state. Matt was prepared with places to see all set up on GPS and ready to go. He consulted with us extensively prior to our arrival in town so he knew what we wanted and we didn't waste any time looking at houses that wouldn't fit our interest. He was flexible when we changed plans and provided a great experience all around. I think you'd be making a mistake by not using Matt!

Matt Hernacki was the best realtor I could have asked to work with during my short sale this year. He made my listing look so attractive that I got a ton of showings, and being a short sale expert he really helped to guide me through the complicated process. If he wasn't available immediately when I contacted him for something, I got a response incredibly quickly. You definitely want to use him the next time you're buying or selling a home.

Matt helped us find our first home. He was extremely patient, understood our requirements really well and never hesitated to offer timely advise in helping us find the right home. He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. A great person to work with. I highly recommend Matt for buying or selling any property. I wouldn't go to anyone other than Matt if we ever decide to buy another place.

Matt Hernacki is not only an excellent realtor, but he is one of the nicest people you could meet. We had worked with two realtors prior to working with Matt, who were not knowledgeable of the market or our search areas, and also made us feel as though we were being too picky about what we wanted in our first home. Matt NEVER made us feel this way. He worked very hard for us and told us several times that he would take us to as many houses as we wanted to see. Matt knows the market inside and out and he will go to great lengths to help you in whatever way he can. Matt helped us find a beautiful house in the perfect location and we could not be happier. We highly recommend Matt to everyone!
