Mitch's professional skills and knowledge of the market were instrumental in the sale of our home during a down economy and a divorce situation. He spent countless hours with each of us individually before, during, and after the sale discussing home prep, strategies, price, and acceptance of offers (or not) to get our home sold. He mediated on more than one occasion when we (separated couple) did not agree on things.
