Mary -We tried to replicate searching for your home first with the address and second using the zip code both on Explorer and Firefox and was able to pull out your home with the For Sale price you've posted for both searches. We heard that some people experience constant search failures and after investigating, we discovered some third-party software installs a corrupt version of Microsoft?s XML parser, which is what we use to drive searches through Internet Explorer. You can fix the problem by installing the most recent MSXML4 SP2 at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=3144b72b-b4f2-46da-b4b6-c5d7485f2b42&displaylang=en.We would suggest clearing your computer?s cookies and cache in order to fully take advantage of Zillow.com?s features. If you are using Microsoft Explorer, please clear your cookies by clicking on Internet Options under Tools. Under the General tab, please click on ?Delete Cookies?, then Ok. You may also opt to delete the temporary files by clicking on ?Delete Files?, then Ok. Please close all browser and open them again. This should enable you to access the site better. If you are using Firefox, click on Tools, and then Options. Go to Privacy, Cookies, and then click on ?Clear Cookies Now?.If you have a Flash blocking plug-in installed, please add www.zillow.com to the white list so you can perform searches. To do this, click the Tools menu, and then select Extensions. An extensions dialog will come up. If Flashblock is installed, it will appear in the list in this dialog. To add Zillow to the list, click on Flashblock in the extensions dialog, click the Options button, and in the new dialog box, add www.zillow.com to the listIf you'll still encounter similar technical issues please send us screen shots and any information that can help us determine the cause of this tech issue. rmargalan -Our information is compiled from county public records and collected, aggregated, then sent to us by data providers who regularly update their info. When we receive new data, we import it for display on our website. We want to confirm that your home details for: 3324 Bedford Ln Germantown TN 38139 with Parcel #: G0243W A00009 when verified with the Shelby County Assessor's Office Records also show 4779 Sq.Ft., 5 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms for your home address, as seen on Zillow.com. To make a change to the public records for your house, you need to contact the Shelby County Assessor's Office - please note that changes you make at the county can take some time to be reflected on Zillow.com. If the public record for your home has changed, it will only be reflected on our website once this data acquisition process has finished.Even if Zillow.com pre-selected a set of comps for your home, you can change this by using the My Estimator tool where you can choose your own comps: http://www.zillow.com/howto/MyZestimator.htm and also create your own "Owner's Estimate": http://www.zillow.com/myestimator/Intro.htm?zprop=42365657. For more info about comps, please check on: "All About Comps": http://www.zillow.com/howto/Comps.htm and "Picking the Best Comps" on: http://www.zillow.com/howto/PickingComps.htm. For future reference, when you join the Zillow Discussions you can ask questions about home facts on: http://www.zillow.com/forum/site/ViewCategory.htm?tcid=14 and comps on: http://www.zillow.com/forum/site/ViewCategory.htm?tcid=17.
