This is a known technical issue, home data that may have been available and or correct before, may have been over-written and replaced with erroneous data or lost in the process.There's also a "search" related bug, when you search for the Address: 39304 N 12th St using the zip code 85085, that's when the site takes you to 33304 N 12th St. Please use the city & state: Phoenix Az to search and pull out 39304 N 12th St Phoenix Az., the house is in the Zillow database so please just search for it and claim your home. We are aware of this and are working on a fix to resolve it.
