Brian Courville is excellent. He brokered the sale of my existing house and the purchase of a new one in 2011. I spent nearly a year with him in the process and came away from experience with deep respect for Brian's abilities and for his character. He is extremely knowledgable, tireless, patient, and honest. I can’t thank Brian Courville of Modern Living LA enough for helping me with my real estate needs. I’ve purchased property in the past and this has been my best experience. Brian is very knowledgeable about the marketplace and understands the inventory well. When it came time to make the purchase on the property, Brian skillfully negotiated the deal.
