Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $500K in Plainville, MA.
Molly's style is simply GREAT! She takes a deep intimate get to know approach which gives her the ability to really match the buyers/sellers process. She is extremely passionate about what she does and it shows on all fronts. She takes her time to make sure things are done right. Its a complex process with a lot of moving parts which translates to stressful times. She is excellent in assisting with all those little things putting your mind at ease. In the beginning I would often question her because that is my personality but quickly into the process I realized how thorough and on the ball she was equaling trust on her direction and decision making. She is a true pro and anyone I have ever refereed her too always says the same. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Plainville, MA.
We would highly recommend Molly to anyone navigating the ins and outs of this constantly changing real estate market. With young children, limited time and an even more limited budget, we have never been Molly's easiest clients, but when it became evident in 2010 that our house was no longer a perfect fit, Molly was the only person we thought of. We have counted on Molly's dedication, commitment and persistance for all our real estate transactions over the last 8 years! Her availability was such a tremendous asset, we were able to see houses all together as a family, rather than making several trips back and forth individually. We purchased and sold in 2011, and without Molly to coordinate the countless number of procedures, signings, and a whole host of other things that had to be timed precisley,we would have never made it work. It is more than just going the extra mile...for Molly it is a personal mission to see you exactly where you want to be, paying exactly what you felt you should have. Bought a home in 2012.
Describing Molly as Highly Responsive with Superior Service would be an understatement. Molly's communication and attention to detail was excellent. She was understanding and helpful in finding homes to look at that fit our (my fiancee and I) very specific requirements. The home we ended up buying went on the market on a Thursday. That night, Molly contacted the seller's agent and scheduled a showing for Friday evening. During the showing, we decided to place an offer. Molly had the offer written up, signed by us and in the seller's agent's hands within two hours of us seeing the house. The next day our offer was accepted and we are now moved in.
After the offer was accepted, we found out that there was an extreme amount of interest in the house with a dozen showings scheduled due to the house being under-priced. We were the first potential buyers to look at the house thanks to the speed in which Molly was able to schedule us for a showing.
If it were not for Molly's attentiveness and immediate action, we very likely would have gotten stuck competing with other buyers for our new home. However, because she was so quick to act, communicate with the other agent and draft up an offer, Molly was able to secure us our new home before any other agent's even brought their clients to look at the house.
I would highly recommend Molly over any other agent in the area. She was an invaluable asset for our first home purchase and she will be the only person we call when it comes time for our next home purchase.…More Less
