Monica showed me homes in the Seattle area and I was very impressed with her knowledge of the area. She took my needs and wants into consideration and provided me with great listings that met my criteria. I have worked with other realtors in the past and was used to getting spammed with a ton of listings that may or may not match my requirements. Monica is thorough and makes sure you get what you need so your time is optimized when going to look at the properties.

I had looked at other homes with another agent and was completely turned off by the home buying process. A couple years later a friend put me in touch with Monica and everything was different.
