From Day 1, Monika Lenz has made me feel very confident in that fact that I was dealing with an agent who was very receptive to what my needs/wants were in a home. She was available at any time of the day to; meet with me, show a house, or to respond to inquiries I had during my search. A few times I would email her late in the evening and to my surprise, she would respond right away - I was not expecting a reply until the following day or so. I have a very basic knowledge of the real estate process and the laws/regulations in purchasing a home - she educated me on layman's terms and made me always feel very comfortable about asking the 'stupid' questions (I was a teacher and am very aware that there are NO stupid questions). Thank you Monika, for all your excellent services. Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Monika was supremely professional. She helped us every step of the way, despite our having moved out of the area before the sale was finalized. She was able to maintain the same personal service from a distance. She was always accessible, despite the time difference. She held phone conferences with us to explain all the forms and paperwork to us. We can't say enough good things about the service she provided to us at a very stressful time in our lives.
