Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in West Chester, OH.
Monika and her assistant Michella are very professional and have excellent negotiation skills! My husband and I moved from Columbus, Ohio and began our house hunt two years ago. Monika never gave up on us and always kept in contact. She was determined to find us the perfect home with all the things we wanted. Things happen for a reason. I am so thankful we got hooked up with Monika. We could have chose from many other agents but I am positive they would not have made our experience as wonderful and special as she has. She never pressured us or rushed us into making a decision. She wanted to be sure that we were 100% sure of our decision. This October we finally found the home of our dreams! Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Mason, OH.
We were new to the area and Monika responded to a request I made on zillow. She was the only agent to set up appointments to look at houses right away. She is a very hard worker! She also has an assistant/associate that will work with you if Monika is at a closing, etc. They are an awesome team. I've never worked with anyone so responsive. I saw about 30 homes in just over a month, before we finally found the one we purchased. Monika never seemed to be bothered or annoyed that I wanted to see so many homes. She'd just say, "Well, we find the right home for you." And we did :D…More Less
