We've rarely seen this happen in our area, but that's probably because we are using Supra Lockboxes that track the person who has opened the home or listing. With that said, we have run into an issue lately where someone opened the home, used the bathroom in the worst way and did not flush. Thanks goodness this is the exeption to the rule. At least in our neck of the woods.
Look at the realities of your local market. If you're gauging your business by the pundits and/or media then you'd be in sad shape. But look at your market and the opportunities around you and you should see plenty of work to distract your woes.I know is hokey but a busy mind doesn't doddle with grief.
A terribly conceived piece of technology.Today we have the ability to make phones that are slim (BackJack II, IPhone) and or compact but somehow GE decided to give us something that is as thick as an old beeper or LifeAlert token.Second, the battery life is awful as many have pointed out. Finally, despite its stockiness, it is very frail. The window cracks easily. All in all...very unhappy with the product.
I have always asked the agents I consult with to draw from their relevant experiences in the past and how these can help their client gain an advantage in a transaction.Ultimately, the brochure is about the value you bring to the table. Also, have a section where you talk about you on a personal level. Real Estate is an emotional business and oftern consumers will lean towards a person they feel they know. This is an example of a profile I've helped an agent with: http://www.century21.com/agent/index.jsp?id=10832226
Why can't Agents remember to lock the door?
