In an amazing process, I met Todd Porteous only once. In January I visited the community where I wanted to purchase a residence. Todd kept me informed via email about the models I liked and I purchased a unit in June. Along the way we became acquainted. My daughter and companion viewed the home and community for me. Todd took care of every detail involved in purchase from offer to contract to settlement, all in the time frame of a few weeks, the speed of summer lightening in real estate circles.
