Ellen Morrell's reputation after over 25 years in commercial and residential real estate is one of precision pricing and meticulous attention to detail. Her previous experience as a marketing professor is put to good use as she positions her clients' properties in the marketplace through highly creative and proven programs.

Ellen specializes in neighborhoods in northwest Washington that she knows "as well as the back of her hand". She has intimate knowledge of Georgetown, Wesley Heights, Spring Valley, Kent, Forest Hills, Kalorama and Massachusets Avenue Heights. She continuously updates her proprietary database for these areas. Her trademark is her dedication to her clients' needs and interests and her willingness to go the "extra mile" to make sure her clients are totally satisfied.

She works on a very personal level with her client sellers to help them prepare their homes for presentation to the buyer/broker marketplace. Ellen is a former professor of marketing at Georgetown University's School of Business, and was co-founder of the business programs at Mount Vernon College and at Marymount College. She serves on the Board of Advisors at the McDonough School of Business at GU and serves as a founding member of the mentor program for Business School students. She served for six years as a member of the Board of Governors of the Alumni Association for Georgetown and continues her involvement to this day as an Alumni Senator.

Matthew B. McCormick has worked in Residential and Commercial real estate in the Washington, DC area for over 25 years. Currently, Matt resides at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton and serves on the Residents Executive Committee, which gives him a distinct selling advantage over any other agent in the city when it comes to promoting this particular property.
