I am a native of Orange County, CA, and an 11 year Combat Veteran of the United States Army. I entered the mortgage profession in February, 2003, and found my calling. I am a master of loan programs, underwriting guidelines, and a student of the ever-changing mortgage market and the national economy. If there is a loan program to be found for my client's situation, I know how to look for it, where to find it, and how to explain it to my clients so that they understand - including the risks and potential consequences associated with any mortgage. There are always risks and consequences, even with the "conservative and safe" fixed rate loan programs.
I currently hold a valid Real Estate Brokers license.
I work directly with Compass Lending Corporation, as an Associate Broker, and currently assist in Customer Service, as well as other duties as assigned. My primary goal in Customer Service is to provide clients with lending options with terms that are fair, affordable, and transparent, providing homeowners with the needed assistance in getting the best mortgage available during our country's financial crisis. My business relationship with Compass Lending Corporation allows me access to scores of different mortgage lending sources as well as several different mortgage options. This allows me to offer clients a comprehensive mortgage solution to nearly any problem or scenario that is presented for analysis.
I am very proud of doing my part to maintain our "A plus" rating with the Better Business Bureau.
