Closed purchase loan.
Rohit was slow to respond, maybe I'm just used to people that respond right away. He is very knowledgeable, however. Once he assured me he had everything under control, and he delivered what he said he would deliver, I am a happy camper. I highly recommend Rohit, you just have to be patient. Maybe after writing this he will improve on it. Again, he gave me the best deal at the time, so I stuck with him. He delivered in the end I highly recommend him!…More Less

I was very pleased. Rohit was very quick and to the point. He diligently explained all the details on various loan options and worked out the maths for me. It was really helpful in reaching a decision on a good option with this information. He offered a rate[on 5/1ARM FHA] and fees that turned out to be better than other lenders were offering me.
