Manny passed all expectations that I had going into my short sale! I tried to short sale my property with another agent about a year ago and the deal that my old agent got me was not worth proceeding with. After a friend told me to talk to Manny to see if he could get me what I wanted in a short sale, it took less than two weeks for Manny to list my property and have a buyer. The terms that Manny and his “wonderful” office workers were able to get for me, was more than I expected. The deficiency was forgiven on the property and I received money back in a relocation program. If Manny and his office were not so knowledgeable about short sale I probably would have got the same offer that my old agent already got me. And, Manny is a very easy person to talk to. He is not pushy and seemed very interested I what I wanted in the short sale and not just selling the property to make a buck.

Manny was the perfect agent. He always took time to talk to me if i called. I really had no idea what i was doing in finding a home but he took me step by step to finding my perfect home. Even when we looked at home after home after home he just said we would keep looking. We did eventually find the perfect home. He knew all the right people i really didn't need to do very much and everything worked out wonderfully.

We contacted Manny back in September whilst considering whether to invest in a property in the US. After spending half a day with Manny looking at different locations and types of houses to help our thought process he came up with a shortlist of houses on a second day of visits which were absolutely what we were looking for - one of which we now own. By the end of that very same week we had put in an offer, packed our suitcases and returned to the UK. Throughout the entire process Manny kept us informed as to everything that was happening and managed our expectations as things are very different in the US compared to the UK.
Since taking ownership we returned to the US in January and worked through with Manny and the builder what projects we wanted to do on the house to make it ours. Again we left this in Manny's very capable hands and returned to the UK. We returned this week to view the property one last time before we put it up for rental and again Manny has been very helpful and guided us through the process suggesting how we can make the most of our property. During the process he has arranged for us to meet with a gardener, security firm, pool guy (who has also done a fantastic job on turning our swamp into something that you would want to put your big toe in), termite inspector, house inspector - all of whom have been very professional and we have been happy to use.
In summary Manny has made the entire process very easy for us and he is now looking to find us people to rent it out which I have every confidence he will do and that we will continue to work with Manny for several years to come.
In August 2010 my husband and I found a house we fell in love with but knew the house needed a lot of work. We contacted a agent someone had recommended. When we looked at the house the agent said this is a short sale, I would advise if you are interested in this house to contact the listing agent because you will never get this house closed due to the fact there are two banks involved and it is a short sale.
