Jason is amazing and I am so grateful that he was my agent when it came to buying my first house. I was so afraid of taking such a big step (buying my first home) but Jason was there every step of the way. The paperwork was absolutely painless (and most of it was digital so I was able to sign without ping-ponging all over the city). There were also several other offers on the house I had my heart set on and somehow Jason was able to work his magic and got me the house I wanted! From beginning to end, every step of this process was ridiculously easy thanks to Jason. Thank you Jason!! I love my house and I wouldn't have it if it weren't for you. You rock!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.575M in Studio City, North Hollywood, CA.
Jason helped my husband and me find and buy just the right home for us. He was insightful and patient, and timely in his responses to all of our questions. He also walked us through the process of both putting in an offer, and then all of the steps that had to be completed before the deal was finalized. He is honest, hard working, and is always looking out for his clients' best interests.
I enquired with jason about a property listed where he was the selling agent.
i received 5 emails- detailing how EXTRAORDINAIRE he was, and why i should pick him as an agent and what he can do for me, yada yada yada!
Jason is yet to answer my question about the association fees for the property in picture.
In an market where Realtors are dime a dozen this guy has the audacity to project himself extraordinaire while he does not even qualify as ORDINARY!
Sad but true!
i sent this guy 3 emails asking for association fees, all i got back were emails why jason squire is "jesus christ"!
INCOMPETENT GUY WHO DOES NOT READ HIS EMAILS/LISTEN TO WHAT THE Customer is asking for and needs;

I take pride in my professional ability & work ethic, so I was dismayed to read this review.
First, I was not the listing agent for this property, a mobile home near Topanga.
Second, I received the email early Saturday PM from a Zillow feed and sent back a quick reply asking how I could help & then signed off for the day to spend the afternoon with my family. My auto-database generated more emails over the course of that day w/general info about my Team and buying real estate in LA; these are the emails the Buyer is referring to.
Third, late Saturday night I received a belligerent email from this Buyer containing the same tone as the review above outlining why I was such a terrible agent. I responded on Sunday AM by sending him the listings he inquired about which contained the answers to his questions and then asked that he not contact me again because I will not work with someone who treats others in this manner.
I hope this clears up any misconception about my abilities.

I was so impressed by Jason's knowledge and ability to offer an informed perspective -- hard to find in an agent! Jason is miles above others not only in knowledge, but also in diligence and sincerity. He'll make it happen, while keeping the process transparent. With a limited budget and the added complexity of a probate listing, Jason was on top of every aspect of the sale--keeping all the moving parts in line, but still held my hand through the entire process. After negative experiences with other agents, I was a little uncertain about the concept of a 'buyer's agent'. But, Jason facilitated a great deal! I couldn't have done it without him.
I'd certainly recommend Jason to anyone searching for a new home.

My wife and I would give Jason SIX stars if we could. When the market was down and friends and family were telling us there was no way we would ever sell our house for what we wanted ("Sell your house? In December? For how much?! Are you crazy?")... Jason partnered with us to get considerably *more* than our asking price. He was calm, confident, knowledgeable -- very "hands on" in helping us prepare our house for sale and coming up with a strategy that resulted in multiple offers.
Then we had to quickly find another home -- and he was just as skilled, patient, and hardworking. He pointed out considerations that would never have occurred to my wife and me (e.g. neighborhood traffic patterns, remodel options, if/when/how to write an offer, etc.).
More than just "recommending" Jason, we'd say you owe it to yourself to sit down with him and listen to what he thinks he can do for you. He's a straight shooter -- there won't be ridiculous hype or wild promises. Just the assurance that you're in the hands of an experienced professional who *knows* what he's doing and is great at it.

I have been working with Jason on and off for 3 years till I found the right condo to buy. He was very understanding and worked with me. He was not pushy in any ways. I would work with him again down the line when I decide to buy again.
