Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Spring Valley, Las Vegas, NV.
I had to short sell my house unexpectedly and was referred to Ken. He and his colleges were wonderful throughout the whole process. He is very respectful of the situation, took his time explaining the process and stayed in constant contact even once the house had closed. While this is never an easy situation to go through for anyone, he made it as problem free as possible.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Desert Shores, Las Vegas, NV.
Kenneth Burrell had confidence from the beginning that our house would successfully negotiate the short sale. Ninety days turned into a little over a year, but Kenneth still remained confident.
