Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in North Chesterfield, VA.
In our experience, Alex’s best qualities are loyalty and patience, because he continued to advise us and serve our best interest during a ten-week-long struggle with a seller who refused to close on our contract. During that time, Alex also showed us 15 other houses to try to substitute for the one with the intractable seller. In the end, we severed the earlier contract and started a new one, with a rushed 30-day closing to compensate for the ten weeks we had lost by waiting and agonizing over the first contract. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Huguenot, Richmond, VA.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Powhatan, VA.
In the beginning he gave great details on the buying process. He was attentive to what we wanted and helped us find a house that would fill most of our wants and needs. He negotiated the things we wanted done before we finished our purchase.
