Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in North Chesterfield, VA.
In our experience, Alex’s best qualities are loyalty and patience, because he continued to advise us and serve our best interest during a ten-week-long struggle with a seller who refused to close on our contract. During that time, Alex also showed us 15 other houses to try to substitute for the one with the intractable seller. In the end, we severed the earlier contract and started a new one, with a rushed 30-day closing to compensate for the ten weeks we had lost by waiting and agonizing over the first contract. Alex expertly assisted us with the second contract as well. Now we have successfully closed on a house that exceeds our expectations. Thanks, Alex!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Huguenot, Richmond, VA.
In our first meeting, Alex immediately impressed me with his professionalism and preparedness. Things got better after that. Within days of signing the listing agreement, Alex had a hi-def video of my house on the web and the showings started. In 7 weeks our house was under contract with 2 offers in-hand.

In the beginning he gave great details on the buying process. He was attentive to what we wanted and helped us find a house that would fill most of our wants and needs. He negotiated the things we wanted done before we finished our purchase.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Richmond, VA.
My wife and I contacted Alex to help us purchase our first house. Since it was our first house, my wife and I did not know what to expect but Alex was extremely helpful in guiding us throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer questions, show us properties, or for any other problems/questions that we had. With Alex's help, we ended up purchasing a house just outside the city limits in the west end and love it. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone who asked me.

Bought a home in 2012.
We met Alex on an evening out. It was Tuesday, on Sunday he showed us our home, by Wednesday we had a preapproval through a freind he reccomended, and within in a month we were signing papers!!! He made the process of buying our first home so smooth and easy!! I definetly would reccomend him to others.

Sold a home in 2012.
We had listed our house with another agent, but after three months we took the house off the market. It seemed our agent had a lack of interest to say the least.
Alex contacted me and asked if we were taking the house off the market or changing Agents.
I explained to him the problems we had with our agent. He sent me a Marketing Plan that he uses to get his listing sold. He has a great Marketing Plan. We decided to give Alex a chance. I am glad we did. We were able to get the house shown often and had it sold and closed on before the end of the year. If you are having problems with your agent I suggest you contact Alex.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Oxford, Richmond, VA.
We were very impressed with Alex's performance. After a horrible experience with another realtor, and our house being on the market for 6 months, Alex came in and sold our house in 11 days! He hired a professional photographer and made a great HD video tour to make our house stand out online and had a lot of good suggestions for improvments we should make to sell our house quickly. We would definiely call Alex again if we need another realtor and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

We had a great experience working with Alex to sell our house. He was always professional and energetic. At the beginning, his very comprehensive comparative analysis was backed with his honest and knowledgeable observations of our area/subdivision. Very savvy with internet and social media, which definitely added to his marketing plan of the house. It was great that he was comfortable communicating via e-mail and text, and he always responded in a timely manner, no matter what our question or concern was. A remarkable talent in photography! His excellent video of the house brought in the right buyer! He even fixed a door squeak in less than 10 minutes - one that our builder, who visited the home twice in the past for the same issue, never figured out how to fix! We would not hesitate to work with Alex again!
