Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Wauwatosa, WI.
We just closed on our first home and Pat Mullikin made that possible. She had the knowledge and experience matched by none other. Pat represented us as a buyer's agent. Her drive and calm attitude was very reassuring when stress and little "unknowns" popped up during this process. Pat knew the area well, knew conditions in a home that may cause trouble later and used her fantastic skills to negotiate the final price on our new house. Ben and Martin did assist in additional showings which was extremely helpful given our timeline. We are extremely pleased with services provided by Pat Mullikin and her family and would recommend her to anyone.

Pat did a wonderful job helping us find our first home. She was very responsive to any of our questions, and there were many! We would recommend her to anyone one who is in the market for purchasing a home.

Pat took us through the buying process step by step, including a complete, line by line review of the offer to purchase document. She was very helpful after the accepted offer corresponding with the sellers on many issues. I would highly recommend her.

Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I were assisted by Ben to buy our home this past fall. Ben is a great realtor. He effectively and innovative use of technology to provide us with daily updates on homes listed in our neighborhoods and price range. He responded quickly to our requests for showings of our favorites. We were impressed by how prompt he was for our email correspondences and our showings. He was respectful and helpful in helping us accurately assess the various houses. When we put together an offer, Ben was instrumental in providing us up to date market analysis, explained well and backed up by formulas. We put together a competitive offer, negotiated and closed smoothly. We are so thankful to have worked with Ben. He is prompt, personable, straightforward and honest. I recommend him without reservation.

Sold a home in 2012.
Pat Mullikin and her family were great in helping us sell our family home. I've bought and sold homes in three states, and Pat was at least as good as any of our previous realtors. She understood the market very well and did an analysis better than any I've seen in working with ten or more realtors, even though it was a challenging home to price in the 2012 market in Wauwatosa -- she was sharp and had good common sense. She was pleasant and always followed through. I would definitely work with her again in a heartbeat for buying or selling a home for myself in the Milwaukee area.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 in Bay View, Milwaukee, WI.
Ben was spectacular. We fell in love with one of the most difficult pieces of property to purchase - a mixed use condominium with 40% rental occupied units. Ben stuck through us and found us 2 viable lenders (out of 37 who wouldn't even consider the property), negotiated a fantastic deal (saved more than 30% from the original asking price, and 55% off the last sold price).
And even though the process took months - from snow on the ground to the hottest day of the year - Ben was patient, reassuring, and always knew how to keep things moving.
We will always recommend Ben to all our family and friends.

Our experience with Pat was wonderful! She has an amazing knowledge of the Brookfield and Elm Grove area, and clearly had our best interests in mind throughout the entire purchasing process. Pat worked tirelessly with us on a complicated transaction to make sure we were taken care of, and we cannot say enough good things about her.
