I cannot say enough good things about Linnette. She is professional, knowledgable and a great communicator. She literally saved us as we moved to sell an investment property that had lost a huge amount of value. She worked with the lender, providing all the documentation requested, and kept the deal moving, even after the first one fell through. She is very good at what she does and I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone. If anyone needs help with a short sale, or any sale, Linnette is the right person for the job.…More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $525K in Temescal, Oakland, CA.Summary:
We would like to express our appreciation for the excellent performance and results regarding the recent sale of my mother-in-law’s house at Emerald St. in Oakland. With us living on the East Coast and attempting to oversee the project from a long distance, we had a fair amount of trepidation at the beginning. Her professionalism, dedication and timely execution continually reassured us that we had chosen the right person for the job.
The work involved extensive renovation and updating on a house that had not been renovated for 35 years. Her construction team was prompt and professional. The work was performed in a timely fashion and of excellent quality. Our long-time friends in the East Bay who inspected the work for us were most impressed with the value we received, both in terms of workmanship and cost. The staging was excellent, both in selection of interior and exterior finishes and in choice of decorations.
The marketing of the property was as excellently performed as the renovations. The website was so professionally done that when I first saw it, I actually ignored the photos of the house scrolling across the top: the presentation was so precise that I assumed it was an advertisement for a product, and did not recognize it as the house I had visited for 30 years.
Her sales campaign produced multiple strong offers within one week. We were most pleased to accept an offer that was significantly above the asking price, and well above our expectations.
I have been in the construction and sales business for over 30 years. Her performance ranks with the upper echelon of professionals with whom I have had the privilege of working. I would most gladly retain her again, and would wholeheartedly recommend her services to all who might be interested.…More Less
