The Myers Park team was professional and courteous. The information requested was timely and accurate. The closing was conveniently held in my home. Time from first contact to closing was approximately 6 weeks which is excellent.

I was referred to Myers Park by the HUD website. Hoping to refinance, I called the toll-free number, left a message. I got an email response from Suzie Levora IMMEDIATELY afterward. We spoke on the phone; Suzie's knowledgeability helped her quickly determine that I would need to deal with my original mortgage lenders. Her manner was incredibly professional, but she went above and beyond, giving me - quickly - some great advice for my future, and a sense that she really cared about my success and well-being. I LOVED that she didn't try to pussy-foot around as some lenders and sales professionals do, but used her understanding and experience to make sure I knew the best way to proceed for my family. I would highly recommend Myers Park/ CertusBank Mortgage. I worked with Ashley Jones and just closed on my mortgage. I found the process to be simple, professional, timely, and automated. I recieved the low rate from my lock and the costs were in line with her estimate. All of the estimates and statements were recieved in writing.
