Ashley, Matt, and Judy were awesome. The communication and checklists were great. Just about everything was done over email and I was able to provide all required documentation as well via email. Very knowledgeable, good rates. They are a very large loan writer and that translates to good rates - they can afford to give lower rates since they are the bank that writes and funds the loan with no intermediaries and have a smaller margin on lots of loans rather than a big margin on a few. And that of course is good for my pocketbook. Charles Moretz was the loan officer that helped us with our refinance and he is very professional and overall was a good experience.
