Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Silver Spring, MD.
Mynor and his team did an excellent job with our house sale. His staff was attentive and all communications were timely and thorough. He removed obstacles, handled negotiations and was cheerful throughout the process.
We'd work with him again in a heartbeat.

Sold a home in 2012.
Mynor and his team were outstanding. Mynor was able to sell our investment property in DC a lot sooner than I expected. This was the second transaction Mynor has completed for us. A few years ago, he was our agent when we bought our primary residence in VA. I would highly recommed Mynor and his staff.

Sold a home in 2012.
Working with Mynor was great. He helped me find my first home and was able to answer all my first-time buyer questions. He even worked on my purchase agreement while on a camping trip with his family. Mynor also connected me with a lender that beat every other loan offer I had by a large margin. Literally saved me thousands in closing costs. Thanks.

Mynor helped me sell my Rosemary Hills house in just three days, with multiple offers. His knowledge of the neighborhood and comparable properties resulted in the right pricing of the property from the start. He helped me locate a great contractor for repairs and landscaping before putting the house on the market. Mynor has the kind of assertiveness you want in your realtor, making the first open house a big success. He went out of his way to watch over the property after I left town, and the closing was as easy as could be.

Mynor helped us do what seemed in our minds an impossible task—he helped us sell our condo and find and purchase a house in our target neighborhood, and coordinated it all so that we closed on both places on the same day. His local knowledge gave us the inside edge we needed when there were few houses for us to choose from. We ended up buying a house that wasn't even officially on the market! Mynor was easy to work with, extremely patient, and a great negotiator. We would recommend him in a heartbeat (and we already have!) to anyone looking to buy or sell in this area.
