Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $700K in Parks, AZ.
I have bought & sold 16 times in my life. Lisa is one of the most normal yet incredibly professional agents I have ever had the pleasure of utilizing.
Her knowledge of the market in greater Flagstaff is quite remarkable. Her patience, dedication & resolve are second to none. And her execution is pro-active & flawless. She was also knowledgable about local contractors, all of which were great referrals that saved us a ton as we refurbed our foreclosure property we purchased with Lisa's guidance.
Lisa found and was relentless in securing for us our dream property of a lifetime. This was a "needle in a haystack" search for a property that had a barn/warehouse for our horses & business inventory, an office building, a home for my Mom and a primary residence for my wife & I. We struggled for about a year. Then, out of the blue when we had almost given up, Lisa called. We put an offer in within 30 mins of the listing becoming active on the MLS. Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Bellemont, AZ.
Our short sale would NEVER have happened without Lisa's expertise and her perserverance! She always helped to calm my fears and help me see that because she was on my side she would not stop fighting for our family! Lisa is an excellent agent. We are from Phoenix and were looking for a house/cabin up north. Lisa was familiar with all of the houses we had selected from our research online and have been to all 9 of the houses, She took an entire day to show us the houses. We found one we liked and the deal fell apart at the last hour. She immediately forwarded us several other options, one of which we really liked, and
ultimately purchased. She was prompt in responding to our inquiries. I highly recommend her and I would certainly refer my family and closet friends to her
and would employ her again if we were to purchase property up north.

Lisa will work with you for as long as necessary to make sure you get the property you want at the best price possible. She is diligent in her research if she doesn't know something. Lisa likes to know as much as she can about the property that she is helping you purchase. Because of her dedication to the, in my case, purchaser, Lisa becomes a friend.

Bought a home in 2012.
She was very knowledgable in all areas of the purchase like who to call to get a septic tank put in or to install a driveway. She was very aware of county, city and HOA rules that might affect me. She was also aware of what forms needed to be filled out and when. She knew about what kind of wildlife would be using my land, how much rain and snow it would get. I feel she was very informed about things that were happening in state and local government that affected me. I feel I can still call her if I need advice or her knowledge.

If you are trying to short sale your house or buy a short sale Lisa is the realtor you want! Lisa helped us short sale our house before it went into foreclosure. We received an offer with in three days of listing or house and closed a complicated short sale with multiple lenders in 90 days. She also helped us to negotiate and get an offer accepted on a new house(also a short sale). Short sales are a complicated, stressful, and long process..... Lisa is very knowledgable about short sales and kept us informed on a weekly basis of any progress, as well as what to expect and realistic timelines.
Lisa was great at keeping us calm through a very emotional process and amazing at what she does!

There is no other person in the area that I would work with to either sell or buy property.
She is courteous, helpful, and when I needed assistance, Lisa was there for me.
