Buying and/or selling your home is not only one of the largest investment and business decisions we make, it can also be one of the strongest emotional decisions. Given the various considerations that are required to buy or sell a home, our experience with Nicole and Tony Tudisco, put many of these considerations at ease. Tony actually found a house for my 24yr old daughter first. Though my husband and I looked at all the homes with her and guided her somewhat, it was evident we were involved. Tony treated my daughter as the buyer, did not consult us on anything (as should be), and I felt he had so much respect for my daughter and it was refreshing! Because of that my husband and I decided to retain him for the sale of our home. Tony respected our decisions on some things even though he thought otherwise, was very conscience of our time frame and was in constant contact with us. He makes you feel as if you were the most important project he has on his plate even though his plate was full! We did not deal with Nicole but with Tony.
Circumstances lead to us leaving for Colorado the very week our house sold leaving Tony to deal with all the closing and wrap up things for us. No problem. We had other help as well but Tony was great!
If you want someone to work with you and be dedicated to selling or buying a home for you I woukd highly recommend Tony and Nicole.
FYI: Month or so after we settled in our new home in Colorado we got a very nice surprise gift in the mail from Tony as a thank you for the business. Tony and Nicole were amazing to work with. My husband and I worked with them for a year and a half straight for our home buying search. We bid on 8 houses and lost due to the competitiveness of the market at the time. Tony and Nicole never gave up on us; they always had our back and helped us with our endless questions on how we should bid and negotiate. They also helped pick us up when we were disappointed by losing a bid. We couldn't have done this process without them.
We were first time homebuyers and they helped us through every step of the process. After losing a house 2 days before closing, we decided to build a new home and I can't express what a big help Tony was when we were deciding new home details. He explained in detail what decisions would most affect our future home value when we would try to sell (full vs half basement, don't back up to a major road, pick a full bedroom option instead of a loft, etc). We took his advice and now that we have lived in our new house for about 4 months, I am so glad we did.
You can't go wrong with these two. They are the most genuine and straight-shooting people I have ever met and I will gladly refer them to all of my friends and family.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Naperville, IL.
My wife and I just recently worked with Tony & Nicole to help us find a new home in Naperville. I wanted to give some feedback on what this experience was like. We were picky AND we had an aggressive timeline. We were able to wrap up the entire process WELL within our timeline. We were extremely pleased with the results.
Let me give you a few ways that they really EXCELLED:
1. They were intimately familiar with the area. I really dislike working with an agent that has no clue about the schools, neighborhoods, or have any sense of the pulse of the town. There are 101 ways that an agent's knowledge of the region can benefit the buyer. We were very fortunate to work with someone that not only answered our questions well but gave us advice on what we needed rather than just what we thought to ask.
2. They were very responsive to our needs and questions. If one of them didn't know the answer they tracked down the answer and got it to us pronto.
3. They just seemed to "get" what a our needs were. There are times when we knew what we wanted and it was all clear and other times we only knew what we wanted after Tony showed us a home.
4. Their contacts and experience were truly invaluable. We really learned to trust Tony & Nicole. We really felt they were working for US and not just a commission.
5. They didn't just tell me what I WANTED to hear - they told me what I NEEDED to hear. This is important. While the customer is always right, sometimes we just don't have all the facts or experience.
6. Their knowledge of what was important inside the house was very valuable. They helped separate out needs from desires. In house shopping the emotion is important but it certainly can't overwhelm practical matters, especially ones that could be costly down the line.
7. They helped keep us on track and focused. You know how sometimes after seeing 10 houses they all kind of blend together? You can rely on Tony & Nicole to keep it all organized.
8. They took a very active role in the entire process and didn't just SHOW us houses - they explained the house. It was obvious that they did their research BEFORE we did the visit. We've worked with passive agents before and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!
9. They never seemed to make it feel like we were disturbing them. Even when we were calling Tony at 10pm about something that probably could have waited until the morning!
10. They may have started out as realtors but ended up being FRIENDS. Someone that I can call up even after the sale to talk about a problem with the move, the neighborhood, or even references for contractors.
Suffice it to say that when we outgrow this new home Tony & Nicole will certainly be our first and only call!

I would describe prior home selling experiences as the unkown. What kind of activity is happening with the home, what do people say after a walk through, are we close to a deal. With Nicole and Tony there was never the feeling of not knowing what was happening with the home, they are in constant contact and you receive immediate feedback after a potentail buyer walks through. They made the selling the home painless and I received mutiple offers. Can't ask for more than that!
I can't begin to tell you how much my wife and I appreciate the work that Nicole and Tony did for us on selling our home. We purchased a foreclosure and only a year after buying it and doing considerable repairs and renovations, we needed to relocate for our work. We thought we had covered all the major problems we had discovered since purchasing the home and thought it would only be cosmetic items that would be a challenge for the sale. It turned out that the well didn't produce enough water for a big family (my wife and I had never noticed it) and it required a lot of coordination to get it estimated and fixed prior to a sale. On top of all of that my wife was 7 months pregnant and we were doing all of the correspondence via telephone and email. Nicole and Tony were AMAZING and went way above and beyond to help us ensure that any issues we ran into were handled in a very professional manner. As an example, since our home was in Chicago, as cold snap approached, they went as far as going to the home around 11pm at night just to make sure the heat was on and that the inspection that was done hadn't turned it off or down. I should also mention that the inspector had inadvertantly turned on the security system (which we had never used) and it began going off when they went into the home. Long story short... I'm on the phone with my realtor at midnight because they didn't want to have any issues with the police coming out to the house. Most realtors would have said "sounds like you need an alarm service to come out and fix this", but Nicole never does the minimum. She stayed on the phone with me until we were able to get it shut off (took about an hour).
That's the difference between Wheatland Realty and other realtors... these guys are absolutely the "cure for the common realtor".
The house sold and everything went smooth as silk. Would highly recommend!
Nicole is professional, intelligent and honest. She has a keen eye for detail, is incredibly organized, excels at customer service and does it all with a positive "can do" attitude. She is passionate about her work and always strives to ensure the best outcome for her client.
My house sold in 13 days....yes, 13 days. Why? It was priced correctly and marketed perfectly. I can't imagine why anyone would want to use another "realtor" when she is hands down THE BEST.
We were referred to Nicole & Tony through our mortgage lender, and from our first meeting with Nicole, we knew that she was the realtor for us. She is extremely straightforward and never beats around the bush. Being relatively new to the area, it was very refreshing for us to see that Nicole always gave her honest opinion and wasn't afraid to tell us exactly what she thought. She had our best interests in mind through 100% of the process. When we were in a multiple bid situation with the house that we ended up winning, Nicole & Tony went through multiple scenarios with us and helped us choose the best plan of action that ultimately won us the house. Throughout the months we were searching for houses and working toward closing on our new house, Nicole was extremely responsive to our calls and emails and was alway there to answer any questions we had. Additionally, she referred us to several contractors/services that we have used and have been very satisfied with.
