Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $625K in North Queen Anne, Seattle, WA.

We recently bought our first house using Nick and can say without a doubt that the process could not have gone any smoother.

Being first time home buyers, we were a bit indecisive as to what we actually wanted. Nick put our fears to rest and found a great balance in terms of being understanding and there to immediately answer our questions, yet without us ever feeling pressured.

Once we finally found the right house, his advice and expertise helped us quickly maneuver to an accepted offer in a competitive situation. We ended up with a house that was well beyond our expectations and at a great price. I have no doubt that without Nick's knowledge of the market, we wouldn't have been able to get into a house like we did on Queen Ann.

I would definitely recommend Nick to anybody in the market who is looking for a true professional that will go the extra mile for you.
