As she is a fourth generation real estate professional, it is evident that Kathryn's passion for the business truly runs in the blood. Kathryn, an Austin, Texas native, moved to the city to attend New York University. After graduating Magna Cum Laude, she spent time in the entertainment and public relations fields before following in the family footsteps and pursuing a career in residential real estate.

Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, Kathryn achieved great success in New York City's residential market in only a couple of years, gaining experience in virtually all aspects of Manhattan residential real estate and winning Rookie of the Year for her office. She has transacted numerous deals on many types of properties, including cooperative and condominium apartments, rentals, and investment and new development properties, all to the great satisfaction of her clients.
