Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Webster Groves, MO.
These guys are amazing! We set our sites on a small area and had dream, it took a while but we found exactly what we were looking for. They stuck with us and never pressured us into buying or raising our budget, Brian was ready to show us 100 houses if we wanted. In the end we find a diamond in the rough, off market house that was perfect for us. They know Webster and they know houses, I would use them again in a heartbeat, except we may never move!

It's a real pleasure do be able to review Nancy's performance as our real estate agent. In our case, she was our buyer's agent. My wife and I saw early on in our search a house that we kept referring to as our dream house. Dream, because we knew there was no way we could afford or finance it. Nancy and her husband and her indispensable partner Brian took us to many showings of other homes, always fitting their schedule to ours and willing to show us as many as we could keep straight on a single day. Eventually, she rrealized that we were comparing every home we saw against the dream house, so she determined to make that happen for us, and she did. We couldn't be happier, both with the house and with the service and advice they both gave us. Nancy and Brian are the perfect team. Nancy is an ace with all financial, technical, and contractual issues, while Brian, a former home builder, was encyclopedic in his knowledge of houses (and their problems, actual and potential). My wife and I joked that Brian could smell a problem with a house as soon as we walked through the door, be it foundational, electrical, which things were not up to code, how soon a given feature of the home would last and cost to replace, and he was a real visionary in considering what might be done to a home to increase its appeal and its value. In fact it's been weeks after the sale, and Brian is still checking in with me to make sure everything with the house is okay, and when I've had problems, as people will with homes that are new to them, Brian has walked me step-by-step through the process of solving the issue. For example, I couldn't figure out how to light our water heater. It seems a simple thing, but even following the vaguely worded written directions, I couldn't do it. So I called Brian. He put down what he was doing and gave me detailed, step-by-step instructions over the phone as if he had blueprints to the heater in front of him. In minutes I had the burner lit and the settings properly adjusted. It was simply uncanny. In addition to getting us a huge discount on our dream home to bring it into our price range, she also wrangled a home warranty for us, and provided us with all of the information we needed regarding establishing service with the different utilities and even guidance in the purchase of our furniture. I'd sum it up this way: If a friend or anyone I cared about needed a real estate agent in the Saint Louis area and didn't hire Nancy and Brian, I'd have to slap them until they came to their senses. I have no doubt that without Nancy and Brian, my wife and I would not be living in the house of our dreams.
Thoughtful, caring, creative. Several times Brian made contact and gave me not only options but helped me negotiate the details as well. All properties he showed me had potential. Just some seemed too small. He had no idea, how much stuff I had..
When we needed to sell the family home to pay nursing home expenses it was necessary to get the best possible price. Additionally not living in St. Louis our travel time was limited. Before our trip we spoke with Nancy and Brian along with several other realtors. Based on those phone interviews it was obvious Nancy and Brian would be our first choice.
You won't get Gucci in a Lexus, but what you get is personal meetings that are down to business, excellent presentation of details, and for real "let's get it done" approach. And done it was within one week. Closing also went very well following their advice regarding title services, etc Additionally they introduced us to Zia's Estate Sales who did a fabulous job helping us through that task.
Thanks to them our family member now has necessary additional assets to support their care. Thanks to them the stress of the process was minimized by their professionalism, their personal concern, and networking with investors and buyers.
We happily refer them to anyone looking for a top notch realty team.
I met Brian Rohlfing years ago at an open house I was just perusing before entering the market. He made a personal connection then and I came back when I needed a realtor. Brian and Nancy are very personable and are very involved in their neighborhood, giving them a great insight into the best fit for any home buyer.
Nancy Rohlfing is very professional, a great communicator and is very smart in how she negotiates a deal. Her high level of experience allows her to make great decisions on behalf of her clients leading to a high degree of customer satisfaction. I would recommend her to all family and friends as I trust her implicitly.

I have known and relied upon Brian from the Rohlfing team for a number of years. He thinks strategically and demonstrates the passion and know-how to inspire great results. I strongly recommend the Rohlfing team.
Though I eventually did not move to the StLouis area, I wanted to say that I came away totally impressed with Nancy and Brian's positive energy and professional approach. They were very good at understanding and focusing on my needs and wish list. They seemed to have a great overall knowledge of the nuts and bolts of property which has always been my perspective. I know I'll go straight to the Rolhfing Team if I have an occasion to look for a home in the St Louis County area again.

Nancy and Brian are great realtors and advisors for new home buyers! We looked for the perfect home for about 5 months. They took us out look over a dozen times and never tired of our endless energy for looking at homes. They never pressured us to buy or make an offer, and in fact, gave us great advice on the quality of a few homes that actually steered us away from making an offer. I really appreciate their honest and open approach to the process. On top of that, they are down-to-earth, genuine folks who are super fun to spend an afternoon with!
