I was referred to Nancy in hopes that she could help me with selling some unusual property. She did some research and got back with me very quickly. She was so helpful and honest with me and then I decided to keep the properties for rentals. Although Nancy had gone to alot of work with the research, visiting the properties and educating me, she accepted my decision with grace. Nancy was not just interested in getting our listing, as others seem to be. She was interested in helping us sell our home for a fair price and was willing to do whatever it took to accomplish our mutual goals. She never overpromised and never pressured us to compromise our price or expectations. She was honest and realistic in her analysis and executed her plan without hesitation and the results speak for themselves.
This process exposed a side of the real estate business that we had not previously experienced. Get the listing any way you can then beat up the seller to lower the price and move the property. Turn and burn! Nancy was the polar opposite. She earned our listing then relied on her experience and selling skills, with our full support and cooperation.
