Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Charlotte, VT.
Primary point of contact: David Minor
David has expert knowledge of the hyper local market we were shopping in. We were finicky and he was patient, objective, and relentless. He always had my interests and schedule first and no question or concern was left unturned. He is low key which we liked, but could apply pressure when needed. Home buying is not easy and David sold us two (one investment) that both were perfect - that's a pretty good track record.

Primary point of contact: Amanda Gerlack
Amanda Gerlack is the best realtor I've ever met! Amanda helped my sister and I sell our father's house in downtown Burlington and went beyond the call of duty to make sure things were done well.
Since neither my sister or I were in the state, Amanda took on the responsibility to talk to the city, the fire marshall, the property managers, etc in order to make sure the house was sold. She kept us informed of every step that was being done and whenever I had a question or sent her an email she would respond within an hour.
Her work ethic and problem solving skills are unbelievable and my only disappointment is that she doesn't live in Texas so she could help me buy a house.

Primary point of contact: Amanda Gerlack
We worked with Amanda Gerlack as our primary point of contact. She was helpful, responsive, and always looking to go the extra mile to keep the sale process moving forward. In particular we had a last minute issue arise that required us finding a handyman on short notice. I was out of town and my wife was busy prepping for the move and handling the logistics of three small children. Amanda stepped up, without being asked, and got us connected with a local handyman that could come out to the house within 24 hours. Most of the handymen that I had attempted to contact didn't even respond within 24 hours. Her help here was invaluable. We were also in the unique position of being part of a job-related relocation, so there was a third party that had to be tied into all of our paperwork and negotiations. The team at Nancy Jenkins handled it without a single problem, it was a very smooth process overall.
Selling a home, starting a new job, and moving out of state are stressful things to do. Amanda and the extended team at Nancy Jenkins realty made it as worry free as possible, which was a great help. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I have recommended them to anyone I know that needs a realtor.
I worked with Patti for my home purchase. I had some terrible things happen with my first closing attorney and the property title (later had to change to a new attorney), and she went above and beyond to help me through the process. She's very detail- and deadline-oriented, and I'd recommend her highly to anyone who is also that way.
Alison Barges was an amazing advocate during my recent purchase. Alison and I started out with little to no relationship and after my purchase and her amazing efforts to advocate and listen to my families needs I would consider her a loyal friend. Alison went above and beyond, continuing after the sale to help me address issues that were not discovered during the home inspection. Alison was available to provide not only empathy but also help me to address the challenges financial and otherwise with the sellers. Alison's local expertise and insights were invaluable as she provided recommendations regarding lenders, inspectors, contractors and more. I cannot recommend Alison enough for her loyalty, expertise, and friendship.

Primary point of contact: Alison Barges
We worked with Alison Barges to establish the market value of our home, prepare for showing, and listing. We priced to sell, but were extremely surprised by 8 showings in 7 days, and a contract by day 10. The Nancy Jenkins Team, from photographer, to closing coordinator, are professional, courteous, and responded to our questions within hours. Our listing was prominently displayed on the various internet real estate search engines, which really helped to generate interest.
Nancy and her team came through for us, helping us sell our home on a tight timetable for a job-related relocation out of the state of Vermont. We had many issues to deal with regarding the property and Nancy always had solid advice to offer. Her negotiating skills saved us money. She was also our realtor when we first moved to Vermont 17 years ago. We cannot say enough good things about our experiences with Nancy Jenkins--she is the very best!
