Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Wausau, WI.
Nancy was amazing at responding to all my calls, texts, and emails almost immediately regardless of the time of day. She even responded while on vacation! As my buyer's agent, she helped me look critically at the houses and think of things that I wouldn't have thought of on my own. It was clear she was working with my best interests in mind. She was on time to every appointment we had. I appreciated her sense of humor, and she was very easy to get along with. I highly recommend her! Especially as a first time home buyer! I had a lot of questions, and Nancy answered all of them!

Bought a home in 2013.
We were looking for a realtor at Zillow and just happened to choose from the others Nancy. We are glad that we did. Nancy is very prompt and follows up consistently to get the job done. Communicates with us regularly and paperwork was easy as she was of great assistance. We are very satisfied with the service that we received and would highly recommend her to others and to our friends.

Nancy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. She made herself available to us to see as many home as we needed to. Once we made the offer to purchase, Nancy was there every step of the way, from inspection to final walk through, to assure a smooth buying process. I would recommend her to any one looking to purchase a home.

Five stars is not enough to rate Nancy Passini with Coldwell Banker Action. Nancy is an absolute professional willing to do what it takes to get you into the home of your dreams. Going above and beyond, I believe, is like second nature to her. We had to withdraw an offer due to repair issues on our first home but Nancy knew what we were looking for and immediately had us looking at new homes. If you want a WORRY-FREE home buying experience choose Nancy and you wouldn't be disappointed.

Bought a home in 2012.
We don't give out many 5's in Reviews, but Nancy was on top all the way. This was more difficult as we were in another state, but she stayed on top and all questions via e-mail were answered promptly. Thanks, Nancy!
