Showed home in 2010 in Edenton, Richmond, KY 40475.
Called agent to look at a house. She unlocked the door and did a quick walk through. She then went and sat in her car. She acted like I was inconveniencing her and she was in a hurry to leave. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Richmond, KY.
I sold my house today by using Nancy's "Service", however with a LOSS!! Nancy never called with updates or suggestions. She e-mailed me a purchase agreement without calling to let me know. I coincidently found out much later when I checked my mails that I finally had an interested buyer for my home! 10 days later when asking her when the closing date was scheduled, she didn’t know nor was eager to find out. Two days prior to the closing date I got a call from her! It was very difficult for me to fit it in my busy schedule. I thank GOD that I will never, ever have to deal with Nancy!…More Less
