Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Myrtle Beach, SC.
I moved from VA to Myrtle Beach. Nancy Skelley was my realtor. I found Nancy to be extremely knowledgeable of both the area and the home buying process including buyer qualifications, mortgage loans, home inspections, etc. She was aware of what I wanted in in a home and was constantly in touch to keep me posted on the the availability and the process and progress involved when buying a home. She was very helpful in my getting settled in an unfamiliar town by providing me with names and phone numbers of utilities and service companys.
