Nancy was referred to me by friends to possibly list my home. I met with 4 Realtors and Nancy was the first one I met with. People talk about is it better to interview first, last or in the middle for a job - I can tell you in the case of hiring my realtor it would not have mattered what position Nancy interviewed in. She out shown every single person who walked in my door. I interviewed an agent who has her name in print everywhere - she was not worried about me or my change in life since the loss of my wife. She only wanted to tell me about all the things she has done. Nancy walked in and wanted to know about ME. About my life prior to retirement, what I was gong to do once the home sold and she could best help me get to my next phase. We talked for hours and I could tell she genuinely cared about me and how hard the next few months were going to be. I hired Nancy on the spot. We began our plans for the home - paint, carpet cleaning, de-cluttering, how we would handle showings etc. Nancy handled it all! Every time I called her - her answer was "no problem - Ill take care of that for you". My home looked amazing by listing day and it sold in 2 days with multiple offers. But Nancy did not stop there - she helped me arrange special piano movers. She met the repair people. She walked me through every step of the way. I loved my home and it was hard - but the process was amazing with Nancy holding my hand throughout. I have sold probably over 15 homes in my lifetime and this was the best experience from start to finish - hands down. Thank you Nancy - for being YOU.
